NOTICE is hereby given to invite tenders for a 2 year Farm Business Tenancy of The Charity Byelaw Field (Area 5.28 hectares of permanent grassland. OS Nos 5941 & 9234) commencing 1st October 2018. Grazing by cattle or sheep only.
Applications to tender should be made to Paul Elmhirst, Chairman, Stillingfleet Parish Council, Swallow House, Stillingfleet, York YO19 6SG Tel: 01904 728213 before 21st February 2018. The Council is not obliged to accept the highest or only tender. In the absence of any tenders or acceptable tenders the Council will take such measures as it thinks fit to find a tenant.
The successful applicant will be required to enter into a Cundall’s grazing licence agreement.
